Since 1954, Christ the King Catholic School has served the families of our community who desire a commitment to a well-rounded education that begins with a faith-based foundation. In recognition of student dedication, our school was recognized as a Blue Ribbon school of excellence in 2015! Christ the King serves students from Pre-K 3 through grade 8, as well as offering extended care before school beginning at 6:00 a.m. and after school until 6:00 p.m. for the convenience of our families. In addition to our challenging curriculum, numerous activities enable students to explore talents and interests to help them to learn and grow. Our classroom instruction focuses on implementing 21st century skills that not only enhance student engagement, but fosters students’ unique learning styles and needs. Students hold unique qualities and should be challenged to excel while embracing individual characteristics.
The school’s vision embraces graduating caring, academically competitive students committed to growing in faith, knowledge, and stewardship. Christ the King’s commitment to a strong faith foundation ensures a strong student identity in liturgy, scripture, prayer sacraments, and service. It is important that our school’s Catholic identity remain focused on empowering the children to become respectful, responsible, and reverent leaders in both the Church and community.
We at Christ the King Catholic School believe that communication is the key to a successful educational experience. A partnership between the school, students, parents/guardians, church, and community that exhibits open communication is a valuable resource in providing optimum success.
On behalf of the faculty and support staff of Christ the King Catholic School, we look forward to working together for the benefit of your child and welcome you to our wonderful school family.
