Christ The King Tuition Assistance / Financial Aid
Through the generosity of the James Barry Robinson Foundation, the Catholic parishes through Parish Sharing, the McMahon Parater Foundation, the Virginia Educational Improvement Scholarships Tax-Credit Program (EISTC), and individual or group donations, funds are available to assist eligible families with tuition for Christ the King Catholic School.
If you are interested in applying for financial aid, please click here and follow the prompts which direct you to “Create a Username and Password” or “Sign In" if you have already set up a FACTS account in order to complete an application.
FACTS Grant and Aid Financial Need Assessment will process the applications and the Principal and Financial Aid Committee will allocate the aid available through the school. Aid available through the Diocese (Parish Sharing and McMahon Parater) may be allocated through the Diocese and the results sent to the school. The school will notify you of the results.
It is very important to meet the application deadline(s). Please note the following:
March 1– new and current CTK families with no business income
• Required documents for verification – 2016 or 2017 tax returns and 2017 W-2s • If families have no taxable income – all supporting documentation such as Social Security benefits, food stamp statements, documents supporting child support benefits, and etc., is needed. • Awards should be announced by the beginning of May.
June 1 – business owners and new families
• Required documents for verification – 2016 or 2017 tax returns and 2017 W-2s families have no taxable income – all supporting documentation such as Social Security benefits, food stamp statements, documents supporting child support benefits, and etc,. is needed. • Awards will be announced by mid-July.
AWARDS WILL ONLY BE MADE TO FAMILIES REGISTERED FOR THE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR.
