How do I make an item donation?

It's easy! Just drop off your new item at the school office. Please make sure you put your name and retail value on it.

That's it! We'll make sure you get a tax receipt and the recognition you deserve in our Auction catalogue. 

Can't drop it off? No worries! We'll come and pick it up.  Call 376-9301 for details.

You don’t have to be on a committee to “procure” an item for the auction

• When you go out to a restaurant tell your server about the auction and ask if they would like to donate a gift certificate (any amount is great) -- If you’re too shy or timid to ask for a donation, consider buying a gift certificate (again – any amount is welcome!)
• Make up your own basket for the auction – costs should not exceed $50 but can be as little as $25 – If you desire to make your basket, shop for bargains!  Pick a theme!  We can provide baskets, paper, and ribbon – you provide the goodies and do the shopping!
• Past donations items included: weekend trips, tickets to sporting events, family fun activities, off season rentals, professional services – babysitting, massages, tax filings, gift certificates to any type of businesses, airline tickets, paintings, limousines rides and even house cleaning services!!  Most donations came from parents knowing someone!  Think about whom you could call – all donations are appreciated!!
